INGREDIENTS
1 Cantaloupe diced
2 Sprigs of mint finely chopped
1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt
1 tsp Raw sugar/other sweeteners (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
1 Cantaloupe diced
2 Sprigs of mint finely chopped
1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt
1 tsp Raw sugar/other sweeteners (optional)
NOTES
In a mixing dish, combine the chopped cantaloupe and mint.
Season with salt.
Only use sugar if the cantaloupe isn't sweet enough or if you want a sweeter salad.
Allow the salad to sit for 10 minutes after thoroughly mixing it.
Cantaloupe will ooze out the liquid which will act as salad dressing and glaze for the salad.
Serve with a drizzle of the liquid on top.
